2500 Harddrive/Folder questions?

I am looking into a 2500 and have a couple of Questions.

Is there any corruption of MPC files with long file names when moving them over to the computer via USB?

This would sometimes happen for me on the 2000XL with Zip Disks.

Can you partition the harddrive?

If I save a folder with a sound that is already located in another folder does it create another copy of the file or does it reference the original?

None of the MPC's read across/through folders, it will be a full copy, meaning you'll be using 2 x the space on that sample.
