Why do you convert?

What do you convert FROM / TO?

Why are you even converting a sample in the first place?

Can't you just assign the chop to a pad without converting it to whatever?

or..
Do you REALLY need it converted (to/from what? again)?

It should rather add space after the sample. Google for "ADSR envelope", it's part of the envelope generator. As the MPC doesn't have a full ADSR, I suppose it corresponds to a decay. What a value of 10 or 50 really means in MPC terminology however, I have no clue. Maybe it's a percentage.

dude....im sorry, but i think thats weak. They should give the ability to chop in stereo. If your gonna give an awsome feature like chop shop, why limit its potential?

I agree totally!!1 For now we just have to use the alternative method to keep the sample in stereo....no big deal really :D
