Do the Scandisk Ultra II Cf's work in the MPC1ks?

i already read through the CF and HD posts and didint notice anyone saying if they for sure did or didint work in the 1k's...im thinkin bout scoopin a 2 gig but wanted to make sure it worked first...thanks

k..i may have answered my own question....i see that the CFII will work,, but what about the ultras?

I believe so but im not totally sure.

im using a sandisk ultra II card and it works fine with the 1k

i use a toshiba CF card , theres no difference they all work well

aight thanks...are those ultras supposed to make file transfers faster?,,and do you notice a difference?

Just don't buy one of those phoney counterfeit cards on eBay and you should be fine. I wonder if the people who have had problems bought their cards on eBay?

I bought a counterfeit card on ebay by accident about a week ago...and am currently trying to get a full refund...
be carefull, practically every ultra II card on ebay is fake.
its a cheap 2gbs worth of storage, but not so good if it F uc ks up on you.
go to a camera store if you wanna be sure your getting the real deal...

I'm using a SanDisk Ultra II 1 GB as well. Works fine.
