...you want D&B? Come to the UK!

If you want to listen to some D&B right now, check out 1xtra.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/1xtra/drumbass/

I'm not into D&B like I used to be a few years ago, but my favourite nasty hard and scary D&B at the moment is Kryptic Minds and Leon Switch. Very heavy, neck snapping stuff. If you give me your email address, I'll send you a track or 2.

Check out the "Militant" track. That's my favourite on this (very cheap) CD:

Ah man! Thanks for sharing that with us. It's really added to the thread.

Apart from the early classics I used to love as a youngun (and still do) and the odd bit here and there from the last few years, the only D&B I enjoy these days is the really dark, nasty hard stuff. If you want raw, well programmed (amongst the current tide of soft formulaic, similar sounding D&B these days) interesting beats, you could do a lot worse than checking out something like Technical Itch...

naw i like that dark hard nasty dirty raw mean type shlt... not really into the melodic light type... i been checkin out bad company, pendulum, dillinja and some others..... im really feelin this stuff... that dogs on acid site is fat... i found some online radio there that i listen to that plays some dope ish...called like urbandrop.ca.... i started gettin into this stuff in the early 90's, but then i ate too much shrooms and really got into makin beets n shlt..... but its kinda refreshing to reintroduce my third ear... its like that girl u was with bak in the day that was killin it, then some years later u met up again and was like, aw shlt.... almost forgot how dope it was.... and fuk flowers narrow minded bltches that can only listen to one type of music every day all day.... that shlt is for the sparrows...and if that fool hates dnb, WUT THE FUK U CHEKIN THIS POST OUT FOR... keep to u and yours...

hehe. All personal taste innit.

Personally, if it doesn't make me hyper with a scrunched up face, bopping my head violently when I'm just sitting down listening to it, it's not worth it!

It's gotta be tough for me.
