I recently (meaning 3 days ago) purchased a used MPC2000XL and just been messing with some kits that came with the purchase. Mostly hipHop.
My problem is that i've created some loops but don't know how to get out of them. I mean; if i want the next four bars to have less snares. How do I do that?
Also, let's say i'm fooling around with some samples inside the floppy (which is, in turn, inside of the machine), but wish to record with some samples in ANOTHE floppy. Is this possible?? It has been really hard for me to understand the UPLOADING part of the whole process.
I should've stuck with just plain djíng LoL. Sorry for the ignorance but the damn guide (thick as a friggin BIBLE) is very hard to understand.
