drums sound different?

When my drums are on my pc they sound crisp but when i sample it to my mpc they dont sound the same. Is it because im sampling in mono??

are they break loops? or just kick,snares,hats and such? Most single drum pieces are not stereo. Unless there are fx on them or whatever. Same sound comes out of both speakers anyways so mono should not matter. could be shoddy cables/connection or your levels could be screwey. Or you could be adding some effect/boost to what you hear come from your computer in your audio card/iface settings?

they are single shot drums.

2 completely different audio systems, effects can be a culprit also.
