The paint jobs tend to loss you money not gain you money.
People like the clean origional paint job of the 3k and 3k LE more than custom paint.
$1200 is about the right price for a clean V3.11 with 32meg.

Yeah, people trick em out, but stock its where its at for resale. Although, Forat does do a good job on custom jobs.

Anybody want to sell me or trade their original LE sidearms for some custom Forat sidearms(black glossy & arm rest?)!? Yeah, I've asked before, but its been a while!

 :D

One important question I want to ask. How does it work? Have you tried it out? Thats ultimately the most important thing, I think.

The screen is nice and bright. all the knobs/buttons works. no scratches or anything major wrong with it. I messed w/ for about 20 mins, boots up nice no problem, loads sounds, and was working cool. I have never used one before so I dont know what the problem areas are. Do you guys have any advice on stuff I should check out on it before I buy it.

What we are saying is unless you just gotta have it, pass on the custom job.
If you pay $1200 and don't like it or want to sell it you won't get $1200 for it.
People just don't but the custom jobs.
If you are willing to pay around $1200 you should have no problem finding a nice 3k.
I wouldn't pay more than $900 for it, just to hard to re-sell if you need to move it.
