mpc and micro krog problems

ok i got my micro korg hook up midi to my mpc. when im makeing a beat useing the micro korg i go to midi track 1 midi device 1a i hear the sound but when i got to midi device 2a no sound am i doing some thing wrong

no your ok but u can only use one sound so its either 1a or 2a. not 1a and 2a. its not multi timbre. if your new to the micro korg hit the search button and youll find out alot of sh!t about it
