layering samples

how do u layer samples? i messed around with the params, but while the song is playing and i try too layer another sample, it gets cut off short. any suggestions? and i also tried the 16 levels layer, it didn't work....

different MPC's do this in different ways. you'll get the answer quicker if you SEARCH.....
