Today's Dig (in part)

I made a last-minute stop at a charity shop and picked up 34 records at 59 cents apiece. Some Boston, Chicago, Monkeys, other mid 70s-early 80s music, you know. One of the gems was Michael Jackson's Got to Be There-it's not in perfect shape, but definately playable, and for 59c, not a bad deal.

Any idea what that's worth? Is there a nice 'standard' site I can visit to find a value for some of my finds?

Last Thursday I picked up an Ella 45 on Verve (But Not for Me/You Make Me Feel So Young), Minne Ripperton promotional 45 on Epic (Simple Things), and Roberta Flack promotional 45 on Atlantic (25th of Last December), all in nice shape. I'm just curious what I'm stacking up over here, or if it's all just good listening...which is def. worth the entry fee! (the 45s were only 3/$1!)

not much for the jackson record , the jacksons were mass produced and you can find them almost anywhere ,on something like that the condition is where it's at. you have to get a mint copy with the cover in mint cond,

the others the same , but just do some foot work and go to local stores and see what the price of your records go for. and check the condition again. ebay is way over rated dont go by that , people are just paying to much for shi+ you can find in the dollar bins now adays

check out Gemm.com and search for the record and see what they sell for look for the condition of the record you got theres anothher few but this is what i use this one is some what reasonable prices.

just enjoy what you got , i have been learning the records you buy are actually worth more to the person that owns them , bcause you like the music.
