Down tuned sample still plays fast in Trim screen?

How come when I sample a 33RPM record at 45+8 and down tune the sample in the PROGRAMS "PARAMS" screen I go to TRIM and the sample still plays fast? Is there any way to make the change permanent?

because the PROGRAM screen is dealing with the PAD and the TRIM screen is dealing with the actual AUDIO.

if you put an effect on a sound from the PROGRAM screen, you're actually putting the effect on the PAD.

the trim screen will play the original sound. Even though it plays normal in the TRIM screen, you should be fine on the main screen

Smoove03 you are right I couldn't explain it better. (small add) On the main screen it just depends which program on which track you are currently using

you can change it in the trim screen. then it'll be tuned in both the trim & on the pad. i think you hit open window on PARAMS. but thats a backwards way of doing it if you ask me
