If any one's interested

I don't know how helpfull this will be but here goes....I was messing around the other day and noticed my 1000 was about the same size as my Jordan shoebox that looks like a little brief case. I unplugged the 1000 and what do you know, it fits perfectly.....I added a little foam padding, and now I have a semi-hard case for the little monster. It's the Black and silver case that looks like one of those cases condenser mics and shock mounts come in. Soooo if you still have yours...or know some one who does....get it up off'em and you got a nice travel case. FYI....remove your CF card.....it wont fit if the eject button is extended.

YEAH! depending on who copped those J's and who kept their cases. I knew it would come in handy one day. I was just keeping my extra cables in it until I put 2 and 2 together.

Thats why I asked,I have had bunches of expensive jordans in the 14 years of my life,and I've seen that shoe before,just did'nt know it came with that kinda box,you would not think the company would get semi-expensive boxes like that.I'm suprised I've seen hat shoe since Alabama gets everthing last !

A' jwhaat...the box was a limited edition for the XVll's, if you didn't cop them with in the first 2 weeks, you got the regular box.....the joint had a CDROM and so'mo sh*t in it lol. They came out back in '03 I think.


To anyone going to try this: You will definitely need some padding('specially for the I's/O's on the rear), I don't suggest using it with out it.

Yeah it was around '03 I think....I remember they were like $200 I think and the case is bomb proof!!!!

Naw that joint ain't BOMB proof. Don't tell these people that.. then they MP get fukkked up thinking it's indistructable and they come looking for me It can take a beating though if padded right.
