Certain Sounds Loading Up at Lower Volume?

hey all. im having a problem with some of my sounds...they're loading up at 70 volume instead of 100 (im using OS 2.1). even when i throw these sounds into bluebox & create a program out of them (setting the volume to 100 as is the default), the program still loads up at 70 volume when i load it up on my mpc. i realize that the 1.X OS used to use 70 volume as the default, but I dont understand why that would effect my sounds on 2.1. plus it doesnt happen to all my sounds...in fact most of them load up on 100 volume...its just a few folders specifically that are loading at 70. any help is appreciated. thanks!!

sooo im guessing this is either (A) a really dumb questions that no one wants to dignify with an answer or (B) a really hard question & no one knows? helppppp pleaseeee...

It's been discussed several times before. That's why you havent got any reply. Do a search in this forum. All you need to know is here.

although im new to this forum im not new to forums in general, i always do extensive searching before posting a question...in fact i think i mustve read 70% of all the posts that have ever been posted here ...like i said, previous posts have talked about transfering files/programs from 1.X to 2.1 & thus resulting in a lower standard volume (70)....BUT i created these programs with bluebox then put them directly into my mpc with 2.1 already on it...these programs are therefore NOT 1.X os programs...if im missing something please let me know. thanks!

yeah i have the same problem too. ive been wondering how to fix it

i dont really care for the search function here. even when i try to narrow it down, i still get 100 threads that match my keywords. anyone got a link to a thread about this?

hey dubnov, thanks for your (serious) reply. yea i remember reading your post about the volume conversion a few weeks ago, but yea that doesnt apply to my specific problem. im not transfering anything from one OS to the other, just trying to load up programs at the proper volume. and my bluebox volume reads 100, so i dunno, im lost. let me know if you think of anything.

P.S. to the jerks who thought i had the same problem that was previously covered, i hope you now realize that this is NOT the same problem as in previous posts. dont u feel like dumbasses
