help with 2000xl sysex porting to 2500

any one ran in to problems with porting sequence from 2000xl to 2500
how do did you solve it
i have a bunch of beats that was made with 2000xl. when i load them up on the 2500 and plays the sysex track for to get my banks and patches on my sound modules. the bloody 2500 cashes and none of the pads would work. had to do a factory reset . got me shooked

I can't give you any help with sysex tracks and what not but....

The 2500 has a simple way of pulling up patches from external synths. You can easily set each MPC track to recall bank and patches from your external synths.
