.Wav files that pop/crack

I don't know why this happens or what causes it. When you move your .wavs from computer to MPC1K and play them, you hear a sharp pop at the beginning (or end).

One work around I've found that works is re-saving them in CoolEdit Pro 2. I just set up a batch process to open all the files and save them back as .wavs in their original location. I think Soundforge works too.

Wavelab does NOT work.

The DC offset can be easly adjusted on your computer. Most of the time it is in the same window as where you normally adjust the amplitude of your sample. But, Roopesh is an expert of it comes to the dc offset, so maybe he will give you more details if you still need them.
