The SET UP 2KXL MPC?!?!

Oay here is the equiptment and you tell me how It should be set up

we have a G4 power book
MPC 2000 xl
ASR-10
a reciver with speakers

Of course speakers to reciver and of course power cord in the plugs

what else should there be a M box?

Ps I sample of the computer Via headphone jack

mixer for routing sound and if you sample off the pc i would def cop a better sound card or a interface where you can get some quality and leave that 1/8 inch jack alone. What software do you use , you said m box that means protools ?

tell me what should I plug into what should I go midi or audio cable and should I get an m box right now I can not record on to the comp

yes you should do both midi and audio inputs. I will have to look im not sure if the mbox has enugh inputs for all your gear or not but if it does and has midi then go with it. It also comes with protools whitch is a daw you can record into and you will get alot better sound from that than a stock sound card.
