Building up your beat!!

Listen up...
The thing that i want to do is this...
I want to built up my beat,.. just like the song of Eminems Run Rabbit Run
But how do I do that...
For example... I play a loop with my keyboard, my bars are set to 8.
But than what? Do I add a new sequence? to get the drums in, and the snares... cuz it all wont fit in the 8 bars. Should I just make it a sixteen bars?? But then what if i want to get chorus played.. It wont fit also?? Do ya'll kinda understand wut im sayin here...

Yeah i understand what u saying... Ur asking us to think of the arrangement for ur beat.... hmm.... I don´t think u will get much help here....

Use the search function for `workflow` and find ur answer... It´s better to just be creative urself... if u think it´s good then do it... YOU are the beatmaker... make the beats.

The only thing i want to know is what are the steps that i have to take to get there! I can't really find it in the manual. Thats why i asked u pro's out here!

Put every sound on its on INDIVIDUAL TRACK. Example Track 1-Kick, Track 2-snare, track 3-clap so forth on. Now, u can use different sequences to build up your song cause thats how i do then i go in song mode to arrange it. So lets say u got your basic loop down and sh*t all u gotta do is highlight at the top where it says SEQUENCE hit open window and copy that sequence to another unused SEQUENCE. Just keep making copies of it based on how many u need. Start adding/subtracting from each. It aint dat hard really once u start f*ckin wit it. Once u have all your sequences like u like them then arrange it in song mode.

im no pro .. in fact i cant even make beats .. i usually buy equipment so i can look cool when my friends come over thas all he he

yeh me to, i dont even own an mpc, i just come on here to waste time while i wait for the porn to finish downloading. i make most my beats in the kitchen, pots and pans style.

word... i don't make beats neither.. i sample instrumentals and loop em... then when it's looping good i say: "it's my beat wanna buy?"

Listen,.. Still got a Prob right here mayne...

When I try to copy the sequense and tracks. (edit Mode) It seems that the one that I played in with my Midi keyboard has no sound in the next sequense???
Why is that?
Whats the problem??

make sure that on the next sequence you have the right midi channel selected. i dont think it will copy the channel you're working on. just the midi info....maybe that helps

This Shit is makin me NUTS!!!!!! Im Tellin ya....

Shit aint workin' He just makes a copy to sequese 2, but without the sound.
Let me Xplain my setup.
On seq. no. 1 I have track 1-kick, track 2 snare, track 3 Hihat, track 4 and 5 are both Midi played in from the keys.
Now, as i go to the edit screen, and choose copy and go to the right side of the screen and put in the settings for the seq. from and to. Thats good right. as for notes, it says all.
But when i go to the right side of the screen and im chosing from seq. 1 track 4. The midi notes are assigned. Also when I choose track 5 from seq. 1 it gives the same midi notes. That cant be right?? I guess...
I just dont get it anymore... It seems so simple... But its hard as hell.

Yeah, I selected the wrong midi channel at first.
