Help with Method Man sample

Yo, I was hoping someone could help me with a sample from Method Man's You're All I Need. The best way to describe it is kind of a sword swipe sound effect. There are a few versions of this song, it's on the LP version. I'm almost certain it came from an old kung fu movie, but I have no idea which one. The Breaks only lists Melvin Bliss, but that isn't it. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

The Wu has used EVERY possible sample from those old Wu Tang movies.That's how they even got their names.I'm pretty sure you can find the movies around your way or online for next to nothing but if you just want that sword swing sound...google it.

in fact almost every shaolin film does

but i know shaolin -v- wu tang has a lot of swords
