Actually my decision was made on a few things. 1. Reading an article on Jermaine dupri "If it ain't broke don't fix it!" 2. A, B-ing the MV and MPC 2000XL which I have already. THE MV doesn't have the guts like the MPC does so I decided that sacrificing my sound wasn't an option. 3. I don't sample alot a play most of my stuff so the Keymapping joint was very important to me. I mostly use the MPC for its seq. capabities and of course the legendary bang. I do all my other editing in Cubase and now starting to use Protools as well.
The good thing is if I don't like the 4000 I got 30 days to return it!
