2gig CF that works

Ive searched the forum and it seems that most of u guys are aiming the <1gig CF cards out there. But i'm looking for a 2gig CF and was wandering if anyone has any success with them and what brands were good.

I know it has to be type 2, but does it being a "microdrive" a good thing? Here's a link to an example..thanks for all replies

There are a couple of 2Gig cards that they say have been tested and approved for use with the 1000.

I would rather had few smaller cards then one of 2GB. If you erase by mistake, loose , or brake the 2gb card, you will loose alot of work. I think that is the main reason why I and others prefer smaller cards instead.

Tip: wait for a few months and the price for a 2 giga will go down very much, you know how the bussiness goes...

The reason i prefer larger cards is that i'm coming from a 2gig Jaz SCSI drive that was attached to my 2000xl. I would hate to have all these mini cards (256mb over here, 512mb over there) laying around..when all i need is a one 2gig card. Its jus a personal preference...

But after taking a look @ those 2 gig prices...i changed my mind...ima go and get those smaller cards as there a helluva lot more cheaper...ima wait for the prices to drop
