Small movie explaining how to timestretch ?

I was wondering if there's something like that online.

I found a few small movies explaining different kinds of mpc2500 stuff................Hoping to find one that can explain the t-str. fenomenon in a real simple way..........

I now how it's suposed to work....but can't get a hang of it on my mpc 2500....
