Have you guys been reporting the non-functional aspect of MTC and V1.22 compared to V1.20 to Akai?
I talked to 2 people from Akai and they hadn't gotten a lot of reports of it being a problem in V1.22.
If not you should contact them with your setup and settings that you tried to use and which settings previously worked.
Talking about things here is cool but this is Akai tech support, you need to let them know what's going, but do it in an intelligent way please/

I've sent emails to Akai support, including one about the MTC problem.

I've never had a reply.

I also contacted the UK support by phone and told them about it. They told me they'd phone back once they had more information.

They never did.

Akai don't exactly encourage you do they ?

Don't know I always get responses but I use a direct route.
I do know that there seems to be some type of disconncet with the web page and the support link.
I used that once and got a reply from Numark saying contact Akai. :?

As I said when I communicated with them they hadn't gotten a lot of info and the two individuals have been pretty straight forward in their communications.

We have several threads about this. There is a solution detailed in the other threads although you may/may not like it. Akai has acknowledged that they are aware of this issue/perceived issue.

The question was if people were communicating with Akai about the MTC, not if the problem existed.

Also it is a real issue because that is not how MTC is supposed to work, plain and simple.
Regardless of the fact that it was an added feature that the original OS lacked, the fact still remains that when they repaired the Wait Freeze it broke the MTC.
The only current solution is to go backward in the OS.

I received a response. The solution is detailed in another thread about the same topic.
