Loading samples

How do I access my samples. Everytime I turn it off, when I turn it back on I can't locate my samples

its cause you have to set up an auto folder if you want them to load when you turn it on. It's in your manual. LOOK IT UP.

Well shit man I ain't got a manual so I figured I would go to a place(like here) where maybe someone could give me some friendly advice, but I guess this isn't a place for that so please forgive me for asking such a stupid question

There´s no running away from responsibility. Finding the manual is not harder than finding the mpc-forums. Google "mpc 1000 manual" and the four first hits takes you to the PDF manual.
