Nym, ya gotta learn to take it with a grain of salt when it comes to argueing with jahrome. I learned a while back that it's best to just agree to disagree. It's much less of a hassle than to exchange insults, jokes, or whatever into a 10 page drama-fest. 8)

Are you lovers going to buy an MPC 2500 or what (you even call him Nym.. )? Or will you just continue chatting in the MPC 2500 forum because its the closest you'll ever get to one besides playing with one at GC....

Who got next?

you're killin' me, man.
for real, though... as i've told you about a year ago, i'm gonna wait it out and i'm in no hurry to buy a 2500. you can make all the jokes you want. it don't matter. the main reason i read this forum is to gain more insight about the pros and cons of this machine. other than that, i'll throw in a joke or two here and there. it's all love (no homo). 8)

And you continue making stupid comments.....

I am retarded as your momma has stretch marks around the corners of her mouth. But you have to give her respect because she gave birth to you.

Now, get an MPC 2500 or at least stick to the script and talk about why you want an MPC 2500 and we can chat/talk civilized. This thread isn't about you and whatever you are using....

Its not rocket science...I was not trying to perplex you kid. Of course I will keep replying until you get tired and go away. You ought to be spending this time doing your home work son and stop dreaming about an MPC. You will most likely reap more rewards.......

Your next...

BAHAHAHA!!!

ok seriously now... i don't mean to jack dude's thread but because of the 'subject' i figured that it would be the best place to ask... the other night i was messing around on my 2500 - browsing samples that i've chopped, trying to put together a lil' beat... so the first thing i did was lay down a loop of brass hits... then, i decided to lay down the drum pattern... as i was programming the kick and snare samples, i noticed that everytime i hit the kick/snare pads, the brass sample would 'leak' - making somewhat of a 'distorted' sound... at first i thought perhaps it was just the samples so i loaded up a different drum kit (on different pads) and tried it again - but the same thing happened! what's shady is, when i play the kick/snare samples by themselves, the brass sample doesn't leak... but when i play the kick/snare samples as the sequence is looping, it gets weird on me... does anyone know anything about this? i'm going to try to recreate this problem later tonight... i'd hate to have to send mine in for repairs... what do you guys think?

*Edit:
O/S v1.22 installed
no other upgrades done
