Assigning Midi Notes Below "B0"

Hi, I'm trying to set up my pads for a kit on the computer and it looks like the dial only goes down to B0. I need to get down to E0. Anyone have any ways around this?

No workaround. The stupidity of the MPC midi note implementation is that you cannot assign the pads to any MIDI note below 36 (or 37... I dont remember well) and above 101...

The sequencer will record and playback the full range of MIDI notes of course, but the pads are limited to the range quted above.

Again: I don't see any practical reason for this, it sems so incredibly stupid.

i think the reason for that is that there are only 64 pads on the mpc (16pads 4 banks), but you are right there is no reason that this 64 notes could not be transposed up or down for specific needs.
@rez: have you tried to transpose your kit on the computer to a higher octave so it lays in the mpcs note range?
