Hi pitched tweeting sound when using floppy's

Everybody has this? Not with every disk I use but with 85% of them I get a high pitched annoying tweeting sound whenever the disk is inside the drive and is not being read or written to...

Card reader is on the way before y'all start laughing at my saving method...
