Is there an MPC 2500 program sharing site out there?

Just wondering if anyone has come across such a site whereby people (members?) can upload their programs (not only samples) and download other user's programs for free. If there isn't one out there then perhaps this group has an interest and the ability to set it up.

I don't think so, but that'd be a pretty good idea. Something like a peer-to-peer sharing network.... but exclusively for drum samples.

There was one with the 1000 but it got shut down b/c it got out of hand & people kept uploading sample sets from other sites. It turned out to be a deal where people went to get free sounds instead of buying them from the site they originally came from. They were ripping off the guys that took the time to make the samples so they got the boot.

It most definitely won't fly on these forums. Just ask MPC tutor, he runs this place.......it would take away his business. All the e-books and samples you see for sell in this forum are all producing revenue for him. Maybe another forum somewhere ....It would be nice!!1

There use to be a room on soulseek called MPC i think but it was gay cause there was no good PGM in there. But someone should start a room in there, I got like 40 odd GB's of hand sample PGM's i could share
