allright gansta kid . You can do the suicide way- just turn it off,-- all unsaved sounds and sequences are gone -DIE . Or go into trim mode and delete the sounds individually,for sequences hightlight and open window some sh#t and delete it.

iight but i had saved some sounds and cant get them back i dont know how?

hit shift and load and find it
