I was just wondering if they really dont need a code from the mpc to give you a password, and instead just do it to make you think you cant use the same password on all 1000's. This was my product id btw - "0253". And my password started with "E---"

Was anyone elses the same as mine?

particularly bright coding here

my bet - JJ built in a random number generator. the first time you go to the save screeen in the free demo version, a number is generated. this number is remembered as your product code.

the jj has a encoder, a keygen into which he plugs the product code. it encodes the product code and gives him the password, which he emails to us.

good stuff.
