Lets say im using the 8 outs while working on a track...Being that im going to have more then 8 outs in my sequence.Do you guys just assign anything after the 8th track to the previous channels where it may fit in without clashing. Like maybe on track 15 if theres a crash you asign it to oputput 3 where u may have a hi hat..Ha vent used the 8 outs yets sadly enough and just want to know how everyone has thier outs setup

How are u certain your going to use up all 8 outputs...I dont have the 8 outs yet myself, but the way to go about it is to assign like sounds together (I.e, highs together & Lows together).

Yes, some Hats&shakers can probably go on the same out.

You got the right idea....When/If grouping, stay within each outs dominant freq so as u mentioned to dont clash sounds/freqs

Hell yeah!! All the time!

I put all kicks to to one, snares to 2, hihats & cymbals to 2, bass 4, 5-8 I use for different sounds, guitars on one out, congas on another, etc. like sounds to like sounds so the eq is relevant to all sounds.

If I want to separate certein parts on one out I'll mute that midi track in the mpc, and record another pass of it separate for different audio edits.
