This thing is ill! But how long till I get my password?

I haven't really been following the boards, I know that a new OS was in the works for awhile, anyways I just installed it and paid through Paypal. I'm messing around with it and this ish is sick!!!! Loving how we can scroll through our samples FAST and also the note shifting! How long do you think I have to wait till I get my password? It's 7:49pm here in NYC, I believe +12hrs in Japan, I need to start saving my beats!

I paid at around 8:00pm and it was in my email the next morning around 7:00am

It's +13h to Japan which is still pretty early to be emailing passwords.

I'm sure it will be there soon. It's worth the wait.

k i know this board isnt for this but i just bought a mpc 1000 today...i have read alot on this os 1..should i just stick wit the default version thats on the mpc or just upgrade now...?

OK, I was in the same dilemma about upgrading when I got mine a few weeks back. I stuck with the original OS for a few weeks and bought the ebook, thinking it would be better to get the basics down before I upgraded, but I upgraded to the new OS yesterday and I'm so glad I did. If you're eventually going to move to the new OS, I'd say do it right away. Grid edit and the menus in save/name alone are worth moving over.
