1k and akai mfc42 filter module

Does anyone have their mpc1000 hooked up to the akai filter module?

how do you record the sounds you manipulate back into the mpc...

Depends, if I want to use it as a permanent effect, like mangling a loop into a bassline..I record it back into Peak on my mac, then just trim/title/save/etc and load it up in the mpc.. but I suppose you could also resample the sound by looping it back into the audio ins...

Sometimes i use it for more sweeping, moving filter sounds..then I just multitrack it into protools.
