whats going down. i just recently got a pk6 keyboard for my mpc 2000 classic. i have a sequence programmed with both samples and keys from the pk6. my question now is, how do i save the sequence so that it saves all my midi data? like i got piano on channel 1, bass on channel 2 etc etc...how do i save it so that the sequence will remember what sounds i was using? might be a retarded question but hopefully someone can help me out.

make sure every midi track in your sequence contains a program change that sets the correct patch on your keyboard.

Get at me on aim cause u can save within the pk-6. I missed you the other day but i'll be on all night. You need to hit the MULTI button next to the MAIN button. There u can start saving just scroll through. Once u find a place to save the RED light above HOME/ENTER will light up. Just hit enter and it will save the sounds. Its explained in exact details in the manual.
