Check this out fellas...right now when i create a new sound on my mpc by layering two or more sounds i will record it into my computer, edit the sound then bounce it down to a wave file and to my personal collection of sounds. well on my motif es i can create a new sound by layering samples then if want i could resample it to create a new sample and save it to my media card. i wanted to know if the mpc can sample internally. I hate programing two sounds so that when i hit one pad the another sound will trigger too i would like to to just be able to create a bangin kick or snare on the mpc using two samples then resample it and assign it to a new pad. Can you do that with the mpc 2000 xl and if not could you do it with the mpc 1000. No need to know if you can do it with the 4000 cause i have no need for it.
