What up y'all. New to this board as well as new to using production hardware. Ok first things first, I finally got a hold of the first gen MP 1000 and along with that I was able to scoop up a EMU MK-6 for $125. I have tables as well with a grip of rekkids so sounds and samples are good for now.
Question is now, where and how do I upgrade this OS so I can timestretch, reverse sampling and the slice?? Second, how do I hook up the keyboard to the MPC so it can be looped alongside with the drum patterns I create?? Unfortunately I didn't get a manual for either of those but then again can't complain since I only paid a total of $625. Sorry to shoot such a dumbass questions but I wanna start banging some beats out.
