Compressing entire mix and what settings to use

Who runs there entire mix through a compression before mixdown? And what would be some standard settings

I compress after mixdown. That way i still have an uncompressed version of the track in case i've overdone it.
I start with a mastering preset on my compressor, and tweak that a little bit until it sounds good to me.

If you have allready compressed all your tracks individually you may not need it...

Try running it through 3db of LIMITING insted to increase the loudness...
