Trouble getting the mpc 2000 going

Hello all. i Just got a mpc 2000. I bought it without the start up disk. I tried to download it from the net but everytime i put the disk in the mpc it says disk error. [i][b]Can anyone help me in getting this thing going?

It says insert mpc 2000 disk when it turns on.

Then u probably have some problems. Ask mnh123(or whatever).

You do need the startup disk, try putting it on another floppy. The one you used may be damaged.

Its mnh2410.

Try a FRESH NEW floppy disk with the unzipped OS on it. If that fails then your drive may need replacing. It can use the standard 34 pin PC floppy drives if replacement is needed.

You are obviously out of touch, yes the 2k classic requires a startup os disk, now go kill/hang yourself like you told that other dude to do.. ..

I never used a 2k classic you ****. And i dont remember telling anyone to hang or kill themselves. I have told people it is an option If they can't figure out thier machines.
