yo whats good.... im loading sounds from my computer (usb) to my mpc 1000.. when i plug it in i have to folders.. Autoload.. and Internal
which one of these should i load to.. cuase im not gettin very much memory here.. is there suppose to be a folder for my flash card?

You should have a folder for your CF card...It sounds like you haven't formatted the card yet, so the MPC doesn't recognize it...Try to format the card then copy your samples to the CF card. You should then load them up and apply them to the pads.

no. what he is seeing is the folders that akai put on that card. if he formatted that particular card he would lose those folders. (not that you really need them anyway) the card is fine. but to answer your question, you don't have to put what you are transfering in any folder. you can just put them on the card itself. when you hear of people putting sounds in folders that's just for sample management. it is safe to put the sounds on the card without putting them in folders.

but what i would do, is get a bigger card or invest in a hard drive.
