Here we go----------start your MPC up and delete out the unwanted factory samples,kits,sequences(Dont worry when u turn ur MPC off and back on they'll be back---------Read the Manual and create an autoload or turn the autoload from internal memory option:OFF(if you want the MPC to load empty--u can turn that back on too,DONT WORRY!!)... now u got all the availiable ram free'd up....to save valuable RAM(sample time) sample Drum breaks in MONO(find the stronger channel),same thing for all your samples(even when i get the 128mb of RAM-i'll still probably sample a lotta of my stuff MONO). U can get the RAM cheap if u get 3rd party ram-check the post on ram specs and lists of compatiable stuff) or roll wit the AKA EXM-128 i think its like $120 USA or somethin 3rd party joints is like $30-75 depending on brand and where u buy it. Not to be a D@#K but READ THE MANUAL, know it,study it, read the updated revised 2.1 manual too (download the pdf from AkaiPro.com/archives) Its your new BIBLE...
