Looking to Upgrade Memory

ok im ready to upgrade memory but im kinda new wit the mpc 1000...
what memory should i get... hardrive or cf?.. what namebrand??
and doesnt it matter what i get if i want to transfer my songs from mpc to my pc (usb)...

im sure this question has been asked a million times.. but i couldnt find it anywhere... HELP. lol

You posted earlier and somone explained to you that MEMORY and CF Cards are two different things.

Once again.

Memory allows you to load more sounds, songs, ect..
CF Cards are for STORAGE(save your sequences, sounds, songs, ect..)
Hard drives are for STORAGE(save your sequences, sounds, songs, ect..)

In your case you are looking for memory. I provided you with a link that discussed the types of memory that would work. Please go back and re-read that.
