Timing Lagging

Has anyone had their mpc timing slowing down on them (struggling)? It's only happened when I've maxed out the memory with samples and sequences but I noticed it doing it when I was playing live in a bar at the weekend...luckily it only happened when I had single-hit samples playing but when i was getting ready for the gig in my house it did it a couple of times when loops were playing and that sounded rough.

medway was talking something about it a while back. i never run into it.

It can deffinatly be a problem. I had to send out some samples to an external rack sampler to get rid of it. so i dtermined its not the sequencer but the sample playback engine.


funny you ask because I just found out the track I posted as an example of the rough timing just got played on john digweeds kiss100 radio show last weekend.

have to say since that one track I really haven't had an issue with it but its deffinatly there.
