Ok here is the idea. There is going to be 3 people involved with this. Me, im gonna handle the bussiness side of things, the producer, whose gonna make the beats, and the promoter who already promotes and makes mixtape covers for local artists. Does anybody have any suggestion or a link to sonething that will definently help me out?????? Were gonna run like a label, like put out the artists cd's but do it under a production company istead.

I know already read a lot, but here is what ima do.Make a logo and get things running any until im making thousands of dollars, then were gonna copyright and register, it makes a lot of sense. Cuz if your only makin a few hundred here and there after realiing a few cd's it s pointless to register. Thats what FP told me.

I feel you on getting going, but you should start operating like a real business from the gate if you're already thinking like that. If all you want to do is produce and see what happens, then it's cool to promote yourself like that until you're ready to go all out.

Still reading might help you maximize your earnings and get you to your destination quicker without all the hassle.
