I have read through a lot of threads but it still looks like none of us no why we get pops during playback... am i correct or has this been resolved with a cause and a solution?

that could be cheap cables, cheap power plugboard, bad electric circuit(maybe little electric peaks) or a missed zero-crossing(from chopping). can be anything, but i bet in most cases its caused by the user using cheap equipment.

hmmm....
all i have are mogami audio cables and monster midi cables... no sample issues as i use to use them in battery and its not a pop that can be duplicated...

as we speak, i havent heard it since earlier... but i have heard it through the main outs and the spdif outs on random occasions since purchased... weird...

Someone was saying something about the USB cable causing a popping issue a little while back.

i had that problem too, but in my case it was the powerplugboard. I solved it by buying a better quality one.

what is so strange is... a lot of people have this issue and it is so random and everyone has their own solution... how strange is that?

i never owned anything that had such a random problem...
