sending messages to motif rack

Does anyone know how I can send bank data msb/lsb 65/63 to my motif rack??

Go to Pgm and scroll all the way to the end until you get to Pgm: No. 1. Next choose a Program number. Next hit the Window Key. Here you can select whether to turn bank select on or off and you can also specify the MSB and LSB numbers.
