Problems with the outputs

Alright been trying this for a couple days, did a search for it, can't find shit. I finally got cubase to track out some of my beats, and im trying to use the 4 outputs to mix. The only problem is, for some reason when i assign a pad to outputs 2 & 4, I'm getting little to no sound. It's weird and now its starting to piss me off! In my mixer everything is the same, i've tried using the outputs on different channels with the same response. So i'm almost positive it's the MPC. I could just use the other two but I paid for 4 outs! I got the new jj os 1.03 running right now. Pleaes don't tell me it's possible to blow up these outputs!

well... if they did blow- they're not supposed to and covered in warranty, but I doubt thats the case. are you getting little to no sound out from MPC or little to no sound in - to cubase? use main outs... assignables are more for effects processing(r there fx applied to the assigned pads?). might want to add a line mixer into yer setup to buffer between MPC and cubase. also check - mono/stereo paramenters on line assignment.
