Technical questions for the MPC2000xl and the MPC2000

Hello everyone. Can anyone lead me to a place that sells CD-Rom drives for my MPC 2000? I know of a few sites but they're asking crazy money for them. Also I've read that some SCSI devices aren't recognized by the MPC. I'm looking for possibly a generic SCSI drive that will be read by my MPC and that won't break my pockets. Thanks. :D

if it helps you any my scsi cd is a plextor cd drive inside a pioneer scsi case. its actually the cd burner i used to use with my vs880 multi track machine. obviously, you cant burn w/ it using the mpc but maybe that bit of info will help you find what you need.
