new program actually only ..renames and creates another wierd pgm.. try it.

Has anyone had a problem with the audio input's (cutting out) with 4.0......I switched back to 1.06 and now the problem is gone.......anyone?

Nevermind. I'm seeing both of these bugs now. Damn. I don't think I can really use 4.0 with the pgm bug.

Yep, audio in is disabled in vers. 4. Either by hitting several pads at a time or by simply swapping to a new pad bank, I emailed the JJ about this one.

A minor bug, assigning a sample to a pad. It loads up but doesn't assign to the pad in the pgm. If you load up the sample again and press replace it will then flash to the pad assignment page and pgm, and then you can do your business.
