explore the q-link slider more. as of now jj has it setup so you can automate the q-link slider value per step. to setup a 'play reverse' function do this:
1. make 2 copies of your sample, reverse one of them.
2. load both of these copies onto the same pad.
3. go into program mode and set the range of sample 1 to '1-2'
4. set the range of sample 2 (reversed sample) to '0-1'
5. go into the slider mode and set up one of the sliders to change 'layer' on 'note on' .... notice the high/low range. set the high range to '2'
6. hit the pad repeatedly while moving the qlink slider up/down. when you move the slider to the top, the original sample plays, when you move it to the bottom, the reversed sample plays.
7. go into step edit and record a note. make sure you're in 6 pad mode then select that note and hit 'event'. at the top next to [001.01.00( 0 ) you will see a big "L". this is how you set the qlink value per step. since the slider is set to 'layer' this section is labeled "L". this uses the same values we set in the high/low range in slider assign mode... if you set it 1-2 it will play the normal sample, if you set it 0-1 it will play the reversed sample.
