HOW TO USE THE FILTERS IN THE MPC 1000 CORRECTLY!!!!!!

I'M TRYING TO LEARN HOW TO USE FILTERS. CAN ANYBODY HELP ME!!!!!

i don't understand your question, could you put it in more simple terms

If your new to the 1000 I would highly recommend getting the ebook that you see advertised all around this site. I been using my 1000 for a good time now and I still refer to it every now and then. But as for your question as Nym stated you have to be a lil more specific.

There are no wrong or correct way to use the filters. They are there to be used, you decide in which manner.
Start tweaking them on different kind of samples and see what the different filter types do, they can be used in disguise just to tidy up and get rid of some specific frequencies or they can be very visual and attention seeking. How you set them is based on the sample, what you want to make of it and your preferences when it comes to sound.

My personal view on the correct use of filters on the 1000 is not to go pornographic on them, that means stay from the resonance other than in case of emergency. But i like my sounds dry and dull.
The filters are your very best friend inside the MPC 1000 when it comes to sound shaping. I say forget the EFX or eq, let filters be your first choice every time, then some other spice might be added sparingly.
