Trimming by numbers also reminds me of this little baby...

I still have mine perched atop my CS1x on the little ledge that was designed to hold it. Very Lo-Fi and great fun :) Only problem was the sequencer was rubbish (it recorded in realtime with no quantise or structure) so wasn't much use as a compositional tool.

I'm working away tonight and the 500 is in my overnight bag, ready to get its first test of portability and productivity ;)

Stop complaining and get with those text editing, :D No one complains about the ASR10, hop on it and get busy, that's that. Why do people always want more and more, use what you got and be happy. :? :)

i would love to try an asr10. i'd probably not be able to use its sequencer though - do you know how quick i give up wth the sp404? esp w/ deleting notes you don't want to use. i love that little machine and every time i try i get a little closer, but i can barely make a loop on that thing, let a lone a beat.

i'm definitely brought up on the mpc, i have sequential linnitus, i can't work with any other sequencer.

yeah the ms-1 was no quantize just one track of stright fun!

i still got one of these joints sittin around, and for some reason i still love it but it is pretty useless
